North Korea warns of nuclear war over US military drills with South

North Korea has condemned the annual drills between South Korea and the US as "reckless behavior" and has warned that this is an expression of hostility against the country. Tensions  have been all-time high after Pyongyang tested long-range missiles that experts say are capable of striking major US cities.

Mayor Ko not opposed to nuclear power, but against it in Taiwan

In an interview with the media about Taiwan's energy policy on Thursday, Taipei's Mayor Ko Wen-je said that he is not against nuclear power in principle, but due to Taiwan's small land area and dense population, he does not believe it is suitable for the island nation.
